Larissa and her team deserve to know

Just a quick acknowledgement blog. The membership team at the Eels are a big part of the cultural change at our club. Of course there are always glitches and many of them are probably out of the control of these people. However, it is human nature to always be quick to criticise and slow to congratulate. So I thought I'd get the ball rolling in expressing my thanks:1. To Larissa for using what we all acknowledge would be some personal time responding or posting on this site. We've all noticed the times and days of your posts.2. To the membership team for always responding quickly to my emails.3. To the member of the team who went above and beyond to organise bus ticketing to ANZ for me last year. It was one of the blokes. Wish I remember which one but mate I appreciated it.4. To Larissa again for taking the time to contact me to thank me personally for an email.Thanks again people. Making that personal connection with your members is a big way for the club to form connections with fans. We are starting to see membership initiatives from the club but you need to know that your personal dedication goes a long way.PS, I hope somebody in management reads what I'm sure will be more acknowledgements in this blog.

Agree. To Jake in management, thanks for sorting out the little ones baby membership so quickly!
PLus the packs came in record time this year. (would have been earlier if I had remembered to update my credit card info after getting a new card

Hi Larissa can I pass on some feedback regarding consistency with sizing of jerseys. I have the 2014 9's jersey and recently got the 2015 Darwin jersey. It's the same design, one being mostly white and other mostly blue. You would expect both jersey's to fit exactly the same in the same size. Here's a pic of the 9's (more fitted) and the Darwin, both in size medium. You will see the size difference. For someone who lives outside of Sydney and rely on online or phone orders it would be great to know they all fit the same. Unfortunately they don't.

Hey Larissa, just a quick issue with the travel mug. I used it twice before the bottom fell off. It's not a massive issue, a little super glue and some duct tape fixed it. But it is a bit of an inconvenience given I've had other travel mugs for years and the bottom has stayed intact.
