Have a look at our new trainer Lachlan Wilmot on LinkedIn.. I feel sorry for our players. HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE - Ronnie Palmer was ours last year and we did brilliant!!! He leaves to go to the TIGEERS and they are doing brilliant.. Lachlan looks like he still wears nappies. We must have really got him for cheap because it is showing in our game!!!!

There are little girls at my gym that would tear our players a new a*sehole. What training are they doing?They look skinny.slow and lack energy.A Bulgarian Weightlifting program is required.Maximum to near maximum weights ,low reps but heavy as hell.These guys will bulk up,or perish. Either way,it will be an improvement over the dribble they are dishing up each week.When we play the ball,the attackers are in our faces straight away.When they play the ball they have all the time in the world.I am done! Bring on 2019.
