He has always been a stand-out since he started playing first grade. I would love the eels to resign him as well a Mateo who to many is our X factor. Saying so, I'm aware at the most to keep them we would have to lose either Mortimer or Inu and I must say I'd rather it be Inu. Having Mortimer, Keating & Mateo steering our big men and our packs will be awesome to watch and really lift our team and make our attack dangerous.
What do you guys think?

The other thing is that inu, KK and mateo all love the club, i thought i read a quote from inu saying that he's willing to take a pay cut to stay with us. Mortimer is the one i don't know about, he appears to like it here.. but as soon as he's starting to peak in performance, i think he'll go straight to the dogs. So i think that's another thing that needs to be considered.
And on KK, i think we should definately re-sign him before we consider signing morts.
Keating at half is crucial for us. He is a natural. The trial games form all reports have only confirmed that.
IMO Robson will get first crack at the half job this year. Thats only fair, this guy took us to a Grand Final. With Keating starting at No. 14. But as i have said many times before I don't think it will take to long for Keating to pair up with Mortimer in the halves.
Ps. Watching the replay of Melbourne v Leeds. Melbourne were getting at least 3 in every tackle in some cases 4, and wrestling like hell.

Now if we were getting smashed with these guys and it was round 3 I'd understand.
Seriously, are you suggesting we only lost because Keating was in the side last year.
