Knights enter race for Blaize.

Both Knights and Dragons now chasing Blaize Talagi signature. Interesting that Isaac Moses is the manager for both coaches lol. Think this is just a ploy to get his client the best contract from parra.

  • Isaac Moses is a grub. The club should have a no Isaac Moses policy and ensure all young players know it. Sign with anyone but him.

    • No one is going to offer anything near the 1.1 million mark for an untested rookie, not sure why knights or dragons would do it.

      • They've got a rookie FB who is better than Blaize

        • they want him as a centre

          • Definitely a centre and not a 5/8th?

Blaize is a talent but to me he's a 5/8th, and is lightyears from Dylan Brown.

He just feels a long way from a centre defensively, and thats such an important defensive position.

But he's 19 & has time on his side to probably make it in any position, I guess.

Both Knights & Dragons appear more in need of a 5/8th though.

          • More likely 5/8

        • Sounds like they won't be keeping Armstrong cause that's Ponga spot.

      • Players are like real estate, whether we think they're worth x amount of dollars is irrelevant, if people/clubs are willing to pay overs then that's what dictates a market value, albeit inflated.

In addition, Moses whether you like him or not is actually doing his job as a player agent, if he wasn't trying to obtain the best deal for his client then he should be deemed derelict in his duties as an agent.

        • I would just sign Armstrong in that case. Give him the offer Talagi would have got and give him the flb spot.

    • Isaac Moses has lots of contacts and sway throughout the Parra junior clubs.  He gets a lot of Parra juniors unfortunately.

"I think it's simply Lorenzo is suited to be a 6 while Fletcher is more suited to the 7 jersey. Normally a 7 is a better player overall than a 6.
Fletcher could fill in at 6 if needed"

"Though Badger, if you let Parra pick a position they wanted from a trade for Lomax they are taking a middle forward as that seems to be the area they want covered most. That Paulo replacement."
