Like many NSW fans i was enjoying the game with beers, pizza and some mates when the conversation turn to David Klemmer. Many words were utilised, Animal, Beast, Lunatic then to my amazement a friend (who is also a Doggies supporter) turns to me and cheekily says "you know he's a Parra junior". I threw my beer in disgust.
Can anyone confirm this? Apologies if this has been discussed in a previous blog

Klemmer is a Bulldogs junior, he signed with them when he was 15. Just because he was in our district doesn't mean he's one of our juniors, we never gave him a contract the Dogs did.
He was a very over weight and unfit young player when he was with us, heres the issue, dogs still seen enough in him to sign him.
Why didnt the eels talent scouts see the same thing?
Because it was Rod Reddy.That explains everything.
