KingGutho

Everyone is talking about Gutho and whether he will be any good as a full time 6 but I'm I think we should sit back and wait for him to have a crack. I'm pretty sure Inglis a Great outside back won a Clive Churchill there. I know I probably shouldn't compare it I think Gutho will give it a real red hot go

  • I agree. I think Gutho will do just fine its more a question of can Normy be the organising half we need. Normy is a natural running 5/8.
    • He was organising pretty well in Forans absence early in the season. On track for Dally M

    • Both halves need to take on the line.

    • He's grown into a organizing half as a result of playing along side sandow and with foran going M.I.A last year
  • Gutho will do better than people think. Just get his kicking game down packed and fine tune few other things and he will be sweet
  • We don't even need him to be spectacular in 6. We just need him to a job, he will be much more of a ball runner and support player than an organising playmaker.
  • Hi ME, is he part of our existing squad {eg the Fog} or a future target to be recruited?

  • Monto, honestly if you're going to make a statement, at least give us a decent hint and not just repeat this over and over.

It's obvious Guth being groomed for the role atm.
  • I have always said that he won't be our full time 6.
  • We made a GF with Robson and Mortimer. Gutherson and Norman are a better combo than that. We just need the rest of the team to click.

"TDS is still young, with plenty of improvement left in him. He could still play Flegg in 2026 ffs. And despite being two years younger than Ryley Smith, he has played nine more NRL games."
