I've been mostly a supporter of Arthur , but part of me is happy to see the arse end of him so we can sort this fucking roster out. Maybe it's time that BA and that fuckwit O'Neil goes. I've never been a supporter of Arthur's roster and his pick and stick attitude. Our rosters weak and a false economy , he has shit players playing above their weight. It's not sustainable , not unless you're paying them their actual worth and not the value they're perceived to be worth due to playing above their weight. Arthur would be a very successful coach if we were paying players accordingly as he'd be able to recruit some genuine stars. At Roosters or Melbourne , Arthur would be a premiership winner hands down. He may end up at Roosters or Melbourne yet too.
But be prepared for some very lean years whilst we wait for these current contrcats to expire. A new coach won't be automatically putting us in the 8 , more likley a stint where the Bulldogs are from a roster perspective on the horizon for a few seasons.

5-SECOND SUMMARY
My opinion is we need to recruit , a total culture and leadership overhaul. We have two blokes seemingly hell bent on the belief that this current crop are amongst the best players in their relevant positions in the entire comp as per reflected in them being some of the highest paid players in the comp accross multiple players and positions within our roster.
So if wanting a recruitment bloke that's driven to recruit talent , and not ultra focused on simply re-signing players on whatever it takes to get the autograph then yeah I guess I have an agenda. O'Neil is only capeable of low hanging fruit.
If it takes a change of coach to change the clubs direction in R&R then that's a sacrifice I'm warming to. Unfortunately your idol Oneils done a great job in ensuring we are stuck with the players he's managed to fumble ove the line for a period which will likley be long after he's retreated back to his grocery shop.

The two grubbers he missed were very poor, especially the second one. Heard a stat that he has the worst record in Captains challenges, another example of not a smart team when your captain does this.
