A warning to Kieran Foran. If you go to Parramatta, you are crazy!That’s the second warning I’ve issued to the talented No.6.I wrote a column back in April warning Kieran that the political infighting that existed at Manly at the time was child’s play compared to what awaited him if he signed with Parramatta.The column got a big reaction ... from Parramatta. I received a phone call from the Eels club telling me I was completely out of line, completely wrong and the person outlined to me why the dysfunctionality and infighting was a thing of the distant past.What crap!When it comes to dysfunctionality, the Parramatta Football Club are gold-medal class.What Eels fans would do to have the old benevolent dictator, Dennis Fitzgerald back in charge. The emperor wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea, in fact he was barely anyone’s cup of tea. However he knew the landscape, the warring factions and most importantly how to keep them in line.The first clue for Foran and his management about getting involved must surely have been when the famous “walk whenever you want and take a million dollars on the way out” clause was inserted.Seriously? I know Parra were desperate, but come on! No club or official in their right mind can afford such a clause, unless you’re operating on a New York Yankees-type budget.The clause gave enormous power to two individuals.Firstly Foran, of course, who at any time, if dissatisfied with any decisions regarding himself or the team could say, “see ya”, and collect the million-buck payout.But it also was of enormous benefit to Eels coach Brad Arthur. The reason Foran chose Parramatta was for his desire to play under the former Manly assistant. So in the event of Arthur being sacked, it was very likely that Foran would walk.The get-out clause was not just a great deal for Kieran but also for Arthur. It gave the coach, who is still unproven at NRL level, a high level of security and power, which some at the Parramatta Club were extremely uncomfortable with.One of those men is Daniel Anderson, the former Eels coach who has stepped into the role of heading up football operations at Parra. Arthur and Anderson aren’t mates. In fact reports suggest they don’t like each other one bit.And as well documented, it was Anderson who raised the alarm bells surrounding the Foran get-out clause.If I was Arthur I’d be looking for a blanket of security such as this get-out clause. Let’s face it, if they were handing out premierships on sacking coaches Parramatta would be the team of the decade.The new offer that Anderson put to Foran of $4.2 million — down from $4.8 million and with the $1 million get-out clause eliminated — was never ever going to be agreed to by Foran and his management.After several crisis meetings, assurances have been made that elements of the original offer would be honoured, but surely it’s too late.The whole fiasco has shown the Parramatta club in its full dysfunctionality and spooked Foran.Kieran went to 9 news on Tuesday night and stated “I have shown the utmost respect to Parramatta and I’m not 100 per cent sure this has been shown to me.”Don’t confuse the Daly Cherry-Evans situation with Foran’s. This is no backflip, this is wholly and solely Parramatta’s doing and the way the Eels have reacted when this whole news broke is emblematic of the club’s problems. Rather than fixing the issue, the first few days were spent finger pointing.For a man with such talent as Foran, he was never going to have a shortage of suitors, with Manly desperate to retain him and the Dogs and the Roosters equally as desperate to add him to their squad.But what of Arthur? If Foran is to walk away, it will leave Arthur in a precarious situition.Brad Arthur could be the one who ultimately pays for the shambles.Reports are already coming out of Parramatta that Arthur needs a win against the Dragons on Saturday night to ease pressure that is quickly building on him.It would be absurd if Arthur were to be sacked before season’s end, but next year is a completely different story.Not only are there people involved in the Parramatta club who view Anderson as their coach of choice, but there is clearly no Plan B to replacing Foran. Let’s face it, there’s not that many quality playmakers in rugby league, let alone ones in the Foran class.On top of that, the Eels could start 2016 on -4 points. Even if they start on par without Foran, a midtable finish would appear extremely unlikely.Believe me, there will be a fall guy out of all of this. It doesn’t deserve to be Arthur, he’s a good coach and man with plenty who deserves better than this mess.This mess could set the Eels back five years, their fans deserve so much more.Matt John's don't you dare try and tell us what we deserve mate. I didn't know he was a Parra hater until this recent event, but I do know quite a few blokes who played for Manly.

When I lived over there on the Penis Envy Peninsula during the late 70"s I discovered the amazing reality that they actually worship lowlife individuals like Bozo and become very much like him and the many other hypocrites who think their little weeny's are BIG and their poo don't smell when they relocate to the place which I believe Matty has done.

Manly love poor character, it's got proven track record. that's why they chose Bozo who chased DCE. Birds of a feather.

It's also why Kieran Foran will still come to Parramatta, cos he aint like them.
