Just watched sport bit on 7 news. Report was from outside the hospital.
Keiran released this morning after being admitted a couple of days ago. He has been given time off by the club & could be out several weeks, he has been suffering from the break up from long time partner 3 weeks after birth of their last child, also has been trying to get $140K of unpaid money from former club Manly. Along with the off field dramas.
What he then said was very interesting. Parramatta are expected to handed a notice next week of a hefty fine along with POSSIBLE points loss.
The use of possible is a real turn of events from the media even from Massoud, it may suggest that while there is some grounds for a fine but not enough for points loss.
Is so, will wait the decision with baited breath, if no points loss, then what point the whole inquisition? A fine is better than points loss, but if there's not enough there for the points to be deducted then surely the out of court & media condemnation has been shown as malicious along with a degree of untruths & the club could be in a good chance to take some form of legal action against all the reports that had us doing wrong.
Only thing I guess is that if a fine is applied then the NRL consider the eels are in some ways guilty. An interesting week coming up.

Colin - don't give us hope....I have already accepted that we'll lose some points..
CP, I like to think there is hope, & if we look back at the thread that Phil put up a couple of weeks back, he suggested that there was no sureties we will be docked points, I mentioned back then & perhaps the scenario may be that the suspended points from last years dose may be what we get, maybe also an additional 4 as well.
Thing is though, Massoud has been a long time eels hounder, he was at the DT & pumping the news at the emperors opposition & for them to be elected, while not directly saying that he was very much supportive of the opposition at that time & after all they did get in.
He has been very well involved in the 7 news with these areas associated with the eels & cap stuff, rarely saying anything positive, if ever. For him to be on air & say Possible is strange to say the least. Just basically reporting what I saw & heard.
Massoud is a two bit douche. He knows nothing. Like the on field referees, he is guessing. Reporting from outside the hospital, classy! I wouldn't be getting your hopes up.
Everyone is guessing right now, Massoud is no different to Kent, Tabakoff, Hooper, Read or anyone else who comments regardless of if they say it will be 20 points or 0 points everyone is guessing.
but......
The reporting in front of the hospital regardless of if Foran is still in there is a total dick move
I think it's disgusting when they do these reports from outside the hospitals.
The leeches are normally waiting for family and friends to leave and pounce on them. It's just so wrong.
Miracles can happen
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the ANZAC test next week? So Foz wasn't playing for us next week anyway.
He would have been picked for the NZ side though.
Mate....he'll be playing against Souths..just heard on Fox Sports that he actually still wanted to play tonight.
He's that type of bloke, the ultimate professional and has shown us in every game that none of the issues he must be going through has effected his on field performance.
