Kevin Kingston Why did you go ?

Kevin Kingston, One of the players who led us to the Grand Final ; Look this man had all of it - The ball skills,Kicking,Passing ; I would believe that everyone here on this site would prefer Kevin Kingston over Matt Keating .. Am i correct ? Matt Keating has been having a pretty bad start to the season ; Too slow from dummy half, Not so good kicking game,Passing game ( Threw an absolute shocker to KK last nite )

Would just like to get ur opinons in this issue.

I wouldn't say Kingston would be the saviour of all our problems. But you'd have to reckon if we'd kept Lowrie, Gualvao and Kingston and not bought Shackelton, Poore and Tahu we'd be doing a slight bit better than we are now. That said, that's called the benefit of hindsight.

I don't know much about league but I know these two things: Eels ALWAYS start shithouse to every season AND you want to run hot in the business end, not now. So have faith ye weary disciples, history is on our side.

Why stop there? What about Willie Tonga? Andrew Ryan. GF winning captain with Canterbury. Jamie Lyon could be NSW captain this year. Trent Hodkinson and Tony Williams? Toyota Cup stars a couple of years ago. What about Pat Richards? Left Parra, won a GF with the Tigers and starring in English Super League. Mate this is pointless and has been done to death a thousand times. Kevin Kingston no longer plays for us because of the salary cap rules. That is it. No one's fault. Get over it. Move on.

I always have, and always will rate Kinga over MK .

But......come on give MK a break, i think he has been playing well enough, albeit not setting the world on fire but stop whinging, kingston is gone till now. FOREVER , so get over it.

If it wasn't for the dirty salary cap we would still have him no doubt. I think if Robson can play good at hooker then we wont have to worry about losing Kingston anymore.

If Pj Marsh didn't go to the warriors I understand Parra intended to make him halfback - I reckon he would have gone alright there.
