Kenny's message to Fans and Supporters

Today I have hopefully put this whole incident behind me. I accept my punishment of a 7 week suspension and $60,000 fine and now wish to move on with being a positive influence in my families life, my club and the Parramatta community. I have apologized a number of times for my actions to all those concerned. I would like to publicly thank my family including Madison for supporting me right the way through, along with my team mates, coaches, club officials and managers. It is times like these you get to understand who and what's important to you. To me it's my family, friends and the entire Parramatta and Rugby League community. I regret my actions and every step forward from this point on I will look to make those who supported me proud they did. I wish Brad and my teammates all the best this weekend and I will be supporting them 100% and can't wait to get back on the field in round 8..

Will be great to inject an injury free Kenny into the team just when we might need him. Good that he appreciates the support and even though what he is being punished for this time wasn't too bad, time to grow up and be a leader because if he is in the 17 of the next Eels Premiership team, he will always be remembered as a legend.

What response was everyone expecting. It's not like he can come out and say " it was a nothing event and I feel the punishment doesn't fit the crime. None of my community work has been taken into account just my prior indiscretions that I've already been punished for"
