I couldn't believe it when he wasn't named in the 17, it was mind boggling. All last season he came on and gave us a lift.
Instead we had old man Scott,Midget Matagi and Jane Evans.
The pack looked small against a massive Penrith one and it cost us, once our best two defenders went off(Mannah and Alvaro) we had absolutely zero. Kenny for Scott and Peni for Matagi ASAP.

You’re an emotional thing aren’t you Al! Lol. Our team is finding their feet. What the ideal lineup should be will take at least six weeks to figure out. I agree with you re Peni Terepo. He was the most destructive runner in the trial and I can’t work out why he wasn’t selected for this game.
Not emotional at all, i said at the time Kenny needs to be there and after the dreadful effort of Matagi Peni will be a massive upgrade.
He will strengthen up our defence in the middle which was dreadful once Alvaro and Timmy went off.
But looking at him in pre season training je looked fat and outta shape. But yes we ne need him back and in good condition
Agree Edwards needs to be in the side! Scott is too old and is past it! Wouldn’t mind seeing T-Rex get a run or Ray Stone either.
Stone was one of our best against a strong Penrith reserve grade side Monts.
