  Mate, I don't think weight is his issue. Based on the stats in the video he's 110kg. He's only 16, hopefully he adds a couple of inches in height. As Fui has shown, height is not such an issue if you have the power, and he's as powerful as any kid I've seen playing juniors.

  Impressive........... and he seems to be able to score tries, something Parra lacked last year bigtime! Hopefully we can keep him in the blue and gold.

  Absolute beast!!! On the topic of young guns, youtube 'Tepai Moeroa'...plays Harold Matts I think and also union for Newington College. There are a few clips of him.

  He looks fabulous! If he is as heavy as they say, he's at the right weight right now, all he needs is a bit of muscle density and hardness which will come with maturity, he looks lean though! I hope we keep him!! Who cares if he doesn't get taller? He's obviously fast and extremely strong.

  Agreed. This year SG Ball will tell us a lot because he's stepping up against the 18 year olds boys so he's giving away a year and most of the boys in that age bracket are pretty well developed. But he's just so strong. In the grand final last year, there was one run where he seriously had four of them hanging onto him and they just couldn't bring him down.

   

  SG Ball might struggle a bit this year too. A lot of the top kids like Gagan and Toutai have gone straight through through to NYC, so I think they're going to miss that bit of class that has taken them through to date, so it might be the first time some of these kids have played in a side that has to really work for a win, and not just get up on class. I think that will be good for them, and it won't surprise me if its deliberate.

  Anyone heard about him recently? I just watched his highlights again and wondered whether he's any chance of playing Toyota Cup this year.

  Phil, what's the latest on Tanginoa? 
  
  I'm guessing he's still with us, but was just wondering how he went in the 2011 season?
  
  Bit of a shame that we see these videos, then don't hear much about the player from the club or anywhere else.
