Judiciary is more inclined to accept a downgrade. You're not arguing that your client didn't make contact with the head, just that it's not worth a grade two.

Kane’s 1st point of contact is the shoulder, a grade 2 is rediculous. Who knows what the judiciary will do but missing a final for a head high tackle which is a secondary impact is laughable.

Based on this case and the W Chambers case V Manly, I have no doubt Evans will play now.
