It's good for us, because we need a bigger body upfront, but he is very overrated. Nowhere near origin material
I don't believe they have that ability anymore. I'm pretty sure it's only a 10 day cooling off period. June 30 only relates to if they can join the club this season. If signed before June 30, then they can join the club this season.
I am pretty sure the 10 day cooling off period no longer exists either, which means if there hasn't been an announcement than it probably isn't over the line yet.
