Eels five-eighth Dylan Brown is facing a two-week ban after being charged with a crusher tackle offence in his team's loss to the Dragons on Sunday night.
The match review committee issued a grade charge over a 17th-minute tackle on Eels forward Tyrell Fuimaono. An early guilty plea would reduce the suspension to one match.
Eels fullback Clint Gutherson was handed a grade one careless high tackle charge and is line ($1150-$1500) for a fine unless he achieves a not guilty verdict at the judiciary.

More corrupt than Ryan Tandy's betting account is the NRL judiciary .

Eels forward Tyrell Fuimaono?
Can’t wait to hear what the ref boss aka ‘The Enabler’ has to say about the adjudicating of our match from Perenara down!
Is this fair dinkum?
Well this presents Rankin or Smith with an opportunity
Well if you are going to take someone out, might as well land on them with an elbow to the head. Obviously that's the precedence the NRL has set. None of this pussy footing around attempting a crusher tackle!
Gutho got in the way of a ball runner and gets charged.
Jordan Rankin ti fill in at five eight if Brown is suspended?
Lol
So your telling me that coaches like Bellamy dont milk the system.
You are dumber than i thought.
