Josh Dugan puts Dragons before rugby dream

Test star Josh Dugan harbours ambitions to play French rugby but will put that dream on ice in hopes of continuing his career in the Red V.

The St George Illawarra fullback comes off contract next season but in a sign of faith in coach Paul McGregor and his teammates, has declared he’d love to stay at the Dragons beyond his current deal.

  • Hopefully Semi reads this and learns from Josh

    • I was going to be mean and bring up Josh's rubbish past but lets face it, the only things you can learn from any other league player is how to snort a line of coke or think you're god's gift to women.

    • Semi can't speak English let alone read it. So unfortunately he only reads $ signs. We have a good team with or with out him
    • Semi shits on dugan
  • Didn't he also have a dream of playing in the NFL when Hayne was over there?

  • He's just doing what Semi is doing, but in a more respectful way.

He is letting st George know that there are options out there..
    • Exactly just trying to squeeze more money out if the dragons. Great player when fit lol
  • Over rated anyway
  • Care factor zero

"TDS is still young, with plenty of improvement left in him. He could still play Flegg in 2026 ffs. And despite being two years younger than Ryley Smith, he has played nine more NRL games."
