Yes, same. I've always wondered why we just let them surrender their arms up and drop to the floor. Perfect opportunity for a 1 on 1 steal. They usually just stop and everyone just stands there and lets them , they're off guard worrying about the refeees whistle , either smash them or rip the ball out.
And they can't really go anywhere either. If they try to take off they get pinged for taking an advantage.
