Typical isn't it that other clubs expel their origin players either through some lessened injury or other means so their sides aren't too depleted through rep responsibilities or get a bye during origin but the Eels get stuff all.
The reports yesterday was that he didn't finish training but that he was still fine to play, was just a point injury (short term painful, quick recovery).
Really hoping we can get Hopgood back.

Yeah but the Broncos, Storm and Panthers tend to get extra special treatment from the refs, bunker and NRL which the Eels unfortunately don't appear to. A bye now and the end of the season would be great 😃
