Sorry guys I was at a head wetting Saturday and saw the game at the pub but didn't get to watch JF too closely.
What is the feeling on him? Did he hold his own? Was he ready for first grade? Can we see him as a potential centre or wing?
Also interested to know if Morgan was improved or similar to previously.

Played well in my view for his first game. Was also playing centre in the second half for a while. Looked good.
Morgan I believe is much like he always has been. Solid but not going to win you any games.
Folau was solid too, however he will struggle positionally on the wing after playing centre.
Id like to see him given a good try at centre unless someone better comes along mid season.
Cool! Yep I didn't tend to hear too much about him which I took to probably be a good thing. Sounds promising then. Fingers crossed he gets a chance at centre at the expense of Morgan then!
If what BA has said in the past though about not chucking someone in for just 1 game Morgan may get a few weeks to play. John Folau in the centres I would think would be a handful but as we know centres is almost more about solid defence than attack in big games.
His positional play was a major flaw IMO, especially in attack, I noticed 3 differenrt occurances where norman was taking it towards the flanks and folau wasnt pushin up which prevented potential tries/ line breaks, all from inexperience but I honestly believe he should be in wenty until he builds up this skill, he might go bettervat centre however.
I noticed a couple of times where, in defense, his inside man rushed up leaving Folau to possibly mark two players. In which case he rushed up tackled the opposition centre before they could get it out to the winger. I think this was well read and he was more than capable under the high ball.
Folau is a lot taller than any of the wingers that the Rabbitohs have and from what i've seen he can jump pretty high as well. So i'd say they will be passing out to the wing this week rather than kicking to the corner. If they do this Folau will need to depend on his winger/centre (depending where he plays) to read the play properly so he is not caught out to mark two attackers.
If he plays on the same side as last week I expect there to be a few kicks in behind him as that is the side that Johnson plays.
Payntd, agree with the positioning of him. I think he can sort this. I liked his involvement, and think Warriors gave him some things to worry about but he looked calm and ran well.
folau was solid!!!!one drop bomb but ok
