Folau has been a quality player through the ranks in recent years in the Holden Cup. He had a patch where he was not playing as well and whilst some of that was down to his own form and himself, the players in his team didn't quite get him the ball as much as they should have and his form thus suffered.
In terms of his defence, that has also been a bit all over the place but it is an area that Folau has worked to rectify and will continue to do so. He's hungry to play RL and when you have a centre in the Justin Hodges mold in your team, he can become a valuable asset in your side and one that can really make a mark on games.
He really has a chance to cement a permanent spot at Wenty and show the coaching staff and fans that he can go toe-to-toe with the big boys.

"Pezet had 3 runs, 5 kicks, 2 errors, and 3 try assists. Let's be frank, two of his try assists were fluke kick/regather efforts by others and his try a fluke kick/regather by himself. Ryles played possum about what he has to work on in the press…"

He was no chance last year. If we have a horror run of injuries he might get lucky. He needs a lot of work on his defence before he plays first grade
