Great little masterclass from Joey for some very lucky Junior Blues at NSW Centre of Excellence session. 

It's one thing to be able to do it, but a completely different thing to be able to slow it down and teach it.

    I think that is brilliant Brett thanks for that. I wish I had that shown to me as a teenager because I could have been a star  lol. Anyway my position was lock . I think a Ray Price lock clinic like this may have been of great advantage to me lol .
