Fizz Latapu, Michael Fililava and Lorima Saukuru have all decided to take their talents to St George.
Are these guys a loss we can't afford or were they additional to our needs?"

"I don't believe this hearing Feb12-13 is about compensation but just whether (or not) Parra can continue to stop Lomax joining any NRL team without our permission.
If it expands to other issues it will be dragging out for a year or so."

"I think the end result will be they offering 500k and the courts dictating that that would be a fair amount. It won’t come down to the Storm losing a player of note.

"With a full pre - season under JR top 6. Only if Moses plays 80% of games. In my opinion Pezet will be a real asset to Mitch's game - and Iongi will only get better. For a kid so young he is elite. Future Origin player and Daily M winner... Let's go…"

Lussick is far superior hooker in attack. Hands only offers a good passing game. Hands running game looks like he is running in a desert looking for water. Then when he gets an offload, he does not know what to do with it. Comparatively, Lussick draws the marker and is very good with his running game and craft close to the line. BA needs to decide whether he wants a solid defender with crisp service (Hands) to start the game, whilst having an attacking threat (Lussick) off the bench when fatigue is in the game. The only reason BA would bench Hands is because at the start the year when he came of the bench, the point differential when he is on the field was superb. Starting Lussick may help with our forwards dominating to start the game if he can draw the markers and put the forward over the advantnge line which neither Mahoney or Hands did.
And when Lussick struggles ?
Let's remember he has been playing Super League the last two years. There's a reason for that.
He wasn't even a regular starter for Saints.
Because he was behind Mahoney and he got good money at saints.
lussick can struggle but it doesn't change the fact he is a better hooker than Hands.
There were 15 other NRL clubs who he could have been recruited by but wasn't.
I think he's a good player, but if you think he's a major upgrade your in dreamland.
And I'll say again he wasn't a regular starter for St Helens, he was stuck behind James Roby, whose older and decrepit than Josh Hodgson
James roby is the Cameron smith of SL. He beat panthers.
Hands struggled at times because we were being beaten in the middle. Lussick would've struggled every bit as much.
Typical Eels fans, the player(s) we don't have are better than the ones we do have.
Lussick is a better hooker than Hands. Nothing against Hands he is more a utility
And you're basing this on what ?
Of the two who has been playing in the NRL and who has been playing ESL ?
Allen everyone agrees lussick is a better hooker than Hands and it make sense. Lussick has played his footy at a high level at hooker for a few years. Hands has been playing at lock, hooker and halves in reserve grade. It's nothing against Hands. Why can't we just appreciate Lussick return in a positive way rarher than u thinking we are attacking Hands. We don't blame hands. It's his first year in the nrl.
Hands can be better, just atm Lussick is better from experience.
