Someone correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I can remember Joel Reddy has always been a right-side centre.
Strikes me that it would be strange for him to shift sides and that we actually see him on the right this weekend. I think that move would help Etu as a Joel is obviously much more experienced and a better reader of the play, and on the other side Luke Burt is a very good communicator and Morgan might be a lot better positioned if he has Burty in his ear all night.
It really doesn't make sense to hook up your two inexperienced backs, and I'd be quite surprised if we didn't see that changed when they run out on Saturday night.

There's no doubt that you want a balance on each side, so shifting both centres will no doubt alleviate any of those defensive inefficiencies that the Eels may have.
