Joel Reddy

I had a business meeting today with someone who's company sponsors the Roosters.

Apparently Ricky Stuart is interested in bringing Joel Reddy back to Parra and negotiations are advanced. His first choice is Jennings but asking price too high.

This is the first time I have met this guy so unsure if he is credible... For those in "THE KNOW"... is there any truth to this rumor.

  • I would never have let Reddy go. I have no idea why we let him go. He's got good utility value and is a very dependable player.
    BRING BACK THE ROCKET.

  • I am with you times a MILLION on that one mate!

  • Guess SK didn't want him...how long is Reddy contracted to the cubs?

    • he's got another year at Wests, same time we cane offload the Tonga brothers, providing that Willie doesn't have the best year of his career under Sticky, got no faith that Esi will ever improve though

  • I never understood why we let him go however I feel he hasn't had a good year at wests this year. Don't know if this is good or not to be honest.
    • yeah hes not having his best year. haha look at all the players we buy when they have the best years of there lives??

  • I thought the reason had something to do with his old man getting the boot so he was let go too, but not sure

  • There is a reason that Joel is not an automatic selection for the tigers. We need some strike power in the backs.
  • Tigers have Sironen, Lawrence, Tuquiri & until last week Moltzen on the injury list & they still don't want Reddy in first grade. Think that about sums it up.

  • Take a look at Souths, they were shithouse for years. Bring in genuine stars including Inglis, Burgess and Taylor, bring back a former origin player King. Add to that a coach that knows what they are doing. Youngsters come on surrounded by quality. Result: top 4

Parra: buys bench players from Manly. talk of buying a former Parramatta outside back in Reddy. Have added a premiership winning coach, with a questionable recent record.

I think I like the Rabbitohs blue print for success better
