Bit divided with Jim . He seems very approachable and has his heart in the right place. I think he was a bit hamstrung by a few dropkicks around him.
It opens the door for total changes though .

Hector, as mentioned in the other blog, he has no excuses now. He made digs about recruitment, pretty much saying he is not getting what he wants. Well now is his chance.
If we miss the 8 next year, will the next CEO keep him? Not sure. Maybe but also he will be in a contract year and very rarely is it good to have a coach in a contract year as recruitment becomes harder
Wiz, sometimes as we know it's also be careful what you wish for! One thing with Parra the board hasn't leaked for years..which is good.
But being proactive in the market and getting the player we want is needed.
