The Parramatta Eels have today re-signed Michael Jennings on a two year contract until the end of the 2022 season.
Michael recently entered the Top ten of all time try-scorers in the NRL when he scored his 154th try in Round 10 against Manly.
Parramatta Eels Club General Manager of Football Mark O'Neill said,
I have no doubt that this news will be as warmly welcomed by our members and fans as it was by our players and staff’
Michael made his NRL debut in 2007, he has represented both Australia and Tonga at international level, he played in the NSW Origin team and the NRL All Stars.

George Jennings and Alvaro look set to be loaned to Warriors.
We need to keep George for backline depth, but I am more than happy for the polar bear to be sold instead of just loaned. He is so slow, and than now these rules will only make him look more like fragile reserve grade player
Should allow for some succession planning. It's been a while since we've developed a rep quality centre.
agreed. We need a long term replacement for Jennings. It would be good if we could get it from a local juniour. I think Dunster is our long term replacement for Fergo in a few years. IDK about Jennings
Well, that was quicker than expected
good news
Good news, he is consistently good every game this year
Great news, will only help our team, espically help Sivo learn how to defend when Jennings retires
The article in the papers must have been helped his manager get that extra bit of cream on the contract.
Good news, one of the best on the park consistently this year
