Just read that Jayden Brailey has been signed by the Newcastle Knights from 2020.
The Sharkies obviously saw more of a future in his younger brother, but seriously the Knights have bought just about an entire new first grade side. They must have been sitting on a large fortune to be cap compliant and acquire all these players.
Having said that is there a chance that Ese Ese or others are going to make way for some of these acquisitions?? I hope there is some traction to the rumours floating around about Parra looking at Ese Ese!!

Knights have spent a lot of money. However, I don't think they've factored in upgrades for players like Ponga and Ramien.
I think it’s generally accepted that Blayke is the more talented of the two.
The Knights signed a bunch of players with reputations greater than their actual talent, guys like Aiden Guerra & Jamie Buhrer who they are now prepared to let walk. Their cap position will be OK as a result. I also think they know that Kalyn Ponga will leave when his contract expires.
Storm or Roosters
Knight wont lease Ese'ese from he contract they just let some of they players who off contract go thats all
How much is he going there for we offered him $1M
Paul there have been reports the Knights are shopping Ese'ese around or were at least willing to release him if he got an offer from another club.
No Bug i think as Ponga get older i think he be come a 5/8
He’s been pretty open about wanting to be an All Black.
Yes, he’s still got two years to run on his current deal, but if he wants to be an All Black, presumably he’ll want to play in a World Cup. That’s 4 years time so he’ll need a couple of years to establish himself in Rugby. The timeline works.
Yeah, you might be right.
Like a true Queenslander lol!
Who, me or Ponga ?
