The same Jason Taylor who was exposed at Souths AND Wests, and who literally no other club in search of a head coach has gone near? Yeah he would have been much better.
Yes he would have been worse. He proved that at TWO different clubs. Like it or not, BA has done a decent job at Parra. It's time up? Possibly. But never say that Taylor would have been a better option.
And I don't disagree that I don't believe that Arthur is the coach to get a premiership. Taylor was a bullet dodged. One that Wests are still recovering from.
Arthur had to deal with the fallout of two major sagas. Taylor wouldn't have. Last year was Arthur's shot to win the comp and he blew it. Albeit, I don't think many teams would have beaten Penrith last year, if any.
"I would hazard a guess that starting at hooker then getting pulled from the field would have been a hit to the ego for DB and probably hasnt gone down well.
Looking back, and Im sure I will be corrected but DB has never really been challenged for…"
"Paul Kent said something good on his podcast. That Parramatta going all in with juniors could spell cue in the rack but he feels those players will be hungry and will try and impress. Papali'i is no certainty to get 5/8 next year, now is his chance.…"
"From all reports he seems to be just a laid back bloke with things, but surely he didn't take this news well. Again, ballsy from Ryles but it seems he is not happy with the performances of course, so unless something happened when the hard truths…"

JT should've gotten the job in the first place. Unfortunately a certain fuckwit demanded BA.

Would he be any worse than a coach who has failed to deliver a premiership in 10 years but has delivered a spoon?.
How many other clubs looking for premiership success would be lining up to sign BA once he leaves here?

I will say that as it is my opinion.
My opinion also is BA has done a good job getting us off the bottom of the table but he will NEVER be a premiership wining coach.

Wests had and still have bigger problems than JT.
100%... that was a decade ago

Who knows but as you think you're a know it all I'm sure you don't need me to answer that.
