  • Just like Foran, whatever happens happens. But Id rather it all be over sooner so we can move on to what matters, FOOTY.

    • I did post it in the social blogs.
  • According to a report on Fox, he may not be in the squad till at least July if signed. So I doubt Hayne would be here this year.

    • March, contracts registered, allowing up to 90 man squads for pre season training. June, mini training camp. July is training camp. 53 man squads are finalised in August. Season starts in September. We'll know if Jarryd has a futures contract in March and has made a 53 man roster by August.
  • No whinging here :)
    Thanks for the info FME

  • Who is this...um...Jarryd Hayne? I've never heard of him...in the immortal words of that ranga, Pauline Pullmypantsdown 'Please explainnnnn'

  • I agree with everything you said except the stud part. That's kinda out of my area of expertise so  I'll leave that up to you.

  • Good luck to him. Hope he makes it all the way to the NFL.
  • This article clears a few things up.  If he picks up a future/training contract in March there is an outside chance his contract will be terminated prior to June 30.  I've read that these training contracts are very tenuous and players can be there one day and cut the next and if the player picks up a decent injury at training their training contract is terminated.  I wish him all the best but deep down I hope he is back prior to June 30.
