  • He will go well over there. Any idea which club?

    • Huddersfield giants according to DT

  • I have said it a couple times this year. I think not enough people have spoken about how disappointing this signing has been. When he was at raiders, Murchie had wraps on him. He showed glimpses of his potential at raiders and warriors in the backrow. However when he joined us BA put him in the middle for the pre season for the bench rotation. However, Murchie hasn't featured in the top side in a long time. He has been playing backrow in the nsw cup. Knowing BAs history with improving forwards I must say Murchie has been very disappointing. So it is good the club has released him to free spots up in the top 30. Time to get rid of Rodwell, Moimesia, Cini and Mataele as well

    • He was a major disappointment.

I was very happy when we signed him but he went backwards here.

      • Same I agree

    • We tried to make him into a middle when he wasn't one, plus he was our first rotational forward at the start of the year but had we signed Taupau then he would have been brought in more easily. I think that knocked him around and he never recovered.

      • agree LB as when he made Nikore in to a middle he built up taking away Nikore laterial movement and he wasn't as affective as a centre and edge as he was when first arrived IMO so some of the aspect about making the newbies better are false. If he wanted a middle they should of signed Tapau as you stated instead of Murchie.

        • They wanted Murchie and Taupau, Murchie was not bought as a middle, he was made a middle to make up for what we lacked. Plus I don't think they thought Greig would be as good as he was this year.

  • Murchie had little leg speed for a back rower.  Good luck in England.

  • Yeah good luck and get f!'?"!

"True, Ryles would have a get out clause and he would have been the one who applied for the Eels job, Parra didn't need to do sh!t with the Storm. He's trying to compare apples with oranges."
