Jack Hetherington

I like the look of this one. Big Bill stole the show off the bench but Jacks line speed and aggression in the  middle make it hard for me to believe that was his 4th game. He is behind Merrin, RCG, Tamou and Leota atm. If he is looking to get a top 17 spot wouldn’t mind having him at Parra, thoughts?

  • Throw the kitchen sink at billy boy that's what we need
    • Fisher Harris,NCN and Kikau with a solid bloke like Yeo starting.  What an outstanding young backrow they have.

      Let alone their middle forwards.

Penrith are blessed with riches, Hetherington looked impressive a well.

He has to be an improvement on the Moneyball Plodders the Bush Bum has put together.

    • For sure al lots to choose from there. I'm sick of seeing tep and Maui time to move on
  • He is Brett Hetherinton's son who played for Canberra.Bill Mullins is his grandfather and Brett Mullins is his uncle. He has a great football pedigree.
  • Yeh why not
  • Jack's 21 so you can forget about that.If he was 31 then yeah ba would be all over him.
  • that be a BIG YES for me sign him up any thing to get up there nose

  • When’s Fisher - Harris off contract . The perfect backrower in my book . Runs hard has an off load and hits like a freight train with mongrel. He’d be the first backrower id pick in a rep side.
    • XYep Bup beat me to it by a whisker ;)

how good is this bloke but doubt they’d let him go...but they may let Hetherengton go.

If I could chose any three  players currently I’d be choosing Kikau, RCG and FH...but if Bernie doesn’t stop with the no TPA nonsense there’s no hope.

either way I’ve been thinking for ages we should raid the neighbours joint for what we need  :)

  • Yes!! Off contract this year the same as RCG, nab em both. Penrith can’t keep them all. They have signed Mansour which is great soaking up more of their cap, they have a wealth of forward riches.  Obviously the ouststanding Kikau   would need to be heavily upgraded if they have a chance of keeping him next year, Fischer Harris another. They have bucket loads invested in their forwards and with upgrades to their keepers, we should make a couple offers they can’t refuse...Bernie stop the no TPA nonsense and let us have a chance.
