There's been talk about Israel Folau making a return to the NRL, with Parramata believed to be in discussions with the Wallabies and former rugby league international.
"Fairfax Media can reveal the Eels are again in discussions to sign the Wallabies sensation just 18 months after their last raid was scuppered due to red tape," read a report in the Sydney Morning Herald.
Paul Kent told Triple M NRL there are a couple of factors that will bring the Wallabies sensation right into it.
"I tell you what helps the case this time. One is the new directive from the NRL that [NRL boss] Dave Smith has this marquee buying power ability - that he can actually go out and pay from NRL money instead of salary cap money for a player," said Paul Kent, on Triple M NRL on Saturday.
"The other thing that will help is that the ARU is basically broke."
It's believed the Eels would need to offload a number of players next season in order to fit Israel Folau under the salary cap. However, one thing in Parramatta's favour is Israel's younger brother, John, plays for the club's U/20s side.

Last year, Triple M's Gorden Tallis detailed a very interesting chat he had with Israel Folau after the code-hopper was spotted enjoying Origin with key NRL executives.
"He (Folau) told me he will be back in our game but he said 'I don’t know when'," Gordy told Andrew Johns on Triple M's The Rush Hour.
In 2013, the NRL and Parramatta were in the process of nutting out a deal to secure Folau but they couldn't come to an agreement, with the former Queensland Origin star defecting to rugby.
He previously had a two-year $4million dollar deal with the AFL that went pear-shaped.

Surely , if we are to believe this delusion - better wait til after the world cup before even beginning to think anything about this fantasy
We also need to fix up our salary cap woes before we take on somebody like Izzy.
GreenTurd is best mates with Izzy's manager Moses the grub. Not surprised he was up to his ears in the storm salary cap scandal and got hit with a wet lettuce leaf for his punishment. And yes if Izzy goes anywhere it will be back to the dogs.
