Can anyone explain how Canterbury player Tolman escaped being charged after being put on report for his hit to the head of Tepi M last Friday night? It seems he was the only player put on report who was not charged.
Tepi M had to leave the field and undergo concussion tests.
I know it has nothing to do with Tolman being a Canterbury player. It is just coincidental that it was Klemmer last week and Tolman this week. Foran has taken the early guilty plea whereas Klemmer gets off scott free for a worse touch on the referee than Foran`s!
Is this an example of the new NRL CEO bearing a new broom to clear up the judiciary`s obvious anti-Canterbury bias? Strange, I don't see it that way.
