So it seems yet again we lack both fire power and a good defensive read from our outside backs.
For me it's not just our defence which at times is atrocious but our inability to get the team going forward with early hit ups.
Sivo has gone backwards and is extremely soft in his hit ups out of our half. Sean Russell is not big enough. Bailey Simonsson has a few errors in his game and Will Penisini gets caught out because he is nervous re the players around him defending. So who do we need and who is available?

to end the year, only Gutho out of our 8 outside backs at the club looked like first grade standard. Penisini has gone backward in the last month. Sivo is useless now. Russel is a depth player. Simmo is error prone. Blake is eww. Dunster is still recovering from injury.
Jenkins could get a spot with Crichton going.
I would go Iro, Tass and Morkos. Use Sanders to trade with Canberra, they have some good backs. Plus Cini is on top 30 deal, BA will never use him, try and get him out as best we can.

Idk much about Morkos but heard his name a lot. I just question how good they r if Croker is playing ahead of them.
edit: I just looked at morkos stats and they impressive. Great tackle efficiency for an outside back and plenty of meters and tackles breaks per game.
We need smart outside backs that can be coached (both Simonsson and Sivo are dumb as). Having said that, we need a smart coach that can coach as well !
