As most here will know I have been amongst Brad Arthur’s most ardent supporters, I have and still believe he has done a magnificent job bringing our club back to relevance, however ....
I am now willing to declare that Brad’s time must now be brought to an end.
1) The team is no longer improving, the club has, I believe, reached it’s ceiling under BA.
2) Our attention to detail has not improved, simple errors, players not getting up off the ground, leaving teammates exposed, not finishing tackles off, etc.
3) The team does not have the ability to adjust on the fly, our team is not a team that identifies what works and doesn’t work in real team. Sadly that is reflective of BA.
It’s time.

Yes I like Flanno and I don't care if he cheated or he drugged his players. He coaches tough, he coaches with no excuses and he's a proven winner.
I agree. Bring Flanno into the coaching ranks now. It is not too late if the club brings in a new coach NOW.

Let's see how we end up this year before I give my blessing but..........by round 9 next year if things haven't improved and we look like we are advancing as a team skills wise and tactically, then I think he mustn't be resigned.

I’m not suggesting sack him right now, but I think our finals results this year must be the decision maker. Anything less than preliminary final is a wash in my mind.
This year too long . This team has been sabotaged by BA, but his assistants must be blamed also for when the team is bereft of any wortwhile ideas. Does the team leaders not involve in the tactics? They have must have brains to realize that the system has failed and did not anything to get out of a rut. They have been led to a sheep to slaughter.
Just how much say are the assistants and players allowed to have Keith?

Joey has been letting slip some subtle hints in the commentary box the last few weeks.
"Parra cannot play outside their structure" This was against the Storm - then later a subtle "they don't seem to be allowed to play outside of the game plan Brad Arthur sets for them" Souths I think.
Now Sterlo has been on the (subtle) attack as well.
Sterlo was very critical against Souths and where they would score most of their points - and that was PRE game analysis.
