Is this just the tip of the iceberg

Storm were over the cap 700k this year alone.

 

That means they cheated 1 million in the previous 4 years which is only 250K a year.

 

Wouldn't it make sense that the books from 5 years ago for players no longer at the club have been destroyed.

 

I find it hard to beleive that the year they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar is the only year they happen to be offending triple the previous years.

    No. What difference would it make whether they kept records of 5 years or just the last one. If you break the rules and don't expect to get caught, you don't expect to get caught.
