Parramatta Eels facing court action over Brad Arthur's disputed contract extension

The management of Parramatta coach Brad Arthur is considering taking legal action against the club after it allegedly reneged on a signed contract extending and upgrading the tenure of their client.

Fairfax Media can reveal Eels chairman Steve Sharp shook hands on an agreement with Arthur last October to upgrade his existing base contract of $370,000 to one that averaged out to about $500,000 a season between 2015-17.
