Honestly sick of hearing about this clown now. The current crop of " superstars " are nothing even close to the talent of the eras of the past , John's , Thurston , Fitlers , even the Cronks , Haynes etc etc etc . But these flogs Mahoney., Smith , Gutherson act like they're one man premiership machine , treasures of Rugby League.
The talent levels of the game is at an all time low and yet ive never heard so much noise about greedy players and their self centered demands. It's about time clubs took some power back and made a few of them wither away in the NSW Cup.
Couldn't agree more. Mick Cronin stated that in his day money wasn't the main thing but playing for pride in the jersey and being loyal and committed to the club. Its disgraceful these days.
