It's a Marquee Player Agreement. Marquee Player Allowance can be provided by anyone connected to the club. They are capped at a certain level. Third Party Agreements are uncapped but they can't be related to any party connected to the club or organised by the club.

Ahh ok , So the Titans are pretty much claiming that this year they hadn't already allocated their Marquee player allowance to anyone ? You only get one per club yeah , or has that changed ?

And what are you doing awake at 3 am ? It is 3am in Australia now isn't it ?
