Is there a point in talking up one particular player in the Eels opposition?

Last week it was Tedesco and this week Moylan. If Parra are going to defend all year like they have so far why do the so called footy experts bother mentioning these players. Ok, maybe I'm getting a little carried away with the Eels start thinking no one can crack the Eels, but are these players being mentioned good enough to defeat a well oiled machine?

It wont be long that we will have teams trying to chance it and go over us if they cant go through us.

Im expecting Soward will be putting heaps of high balls up to get over our first line and have plenty of defenders coming through to put some big pressure on Gordon in goal.

  I agree Snake, but i think it will come via shorter cross kicks to their wingers to expose our up and in defence and i feel that it will start this week via Soward to Mansour

  I agree Snake. I think Soward's strength is his kicking. Although when taking conversion kicks, I'd still like to know who the guy is that is pulling his strings.

He's poor in defence but i think he's underrated in attack, hes a good kicking game, a good cut out, i recon Jamie reads the game pretty well, having said that i think we will carry on winning tomorrow.

Totally agree BB, we are going to start getting hammered in the air from all angles, Jamies always been good at putting kicks through for his wingers, if i was BA id be putting a big emphasis on defending arial assaults in the next few weeks.

Over the previous 2 years all we have heard is "we're just focused on ourselves" - now that we look decent, we can actually focus a bit more on select players. I see us using the same plan as last week, high kicks to their wingers, giving us time to get down there and tackle. Moylan, Mansour & DWZ are good ball runners so we want them having no time to wind up and run across field. Kick it high or into touch.

"I'm going on limb, I reckon they'll trade in coates. He isn't expected to be back for 8 weeks. And it'd be huge for storms to have Warbrick, Lomax, Ramien and Howarth all lined up. I also don't think r360 will go head due to Iran. That's my thought."
