The eligiblity rules are loose enough as it is. Probably too loose. Fiji need semi to compete at a high level and hopefully one day play against the kiwis and roos on a regular basis ie not just the world cup.
International rugby league needs to become the top level of our game if we are to expand as a comp across Australia.
