He wasn't named. Can't see how this can happen. But I think it's clear that Peni won't get sacked. The club would have done it by now otherwise. Maybe at loggerheads with the NRL for what is a suitable punishment?
Tautau Moga just got two games for slapping around a taxi driver. Surely, using that as a meter of what they dish out, what Terepo has done deserves less.
