Yeah since Round 1 2019, most weeks inside the 8.
Coryn as i stated in a comment in a blog early last week, about half the teams the last decade that won the premiership lost their first game that year. North Queensland in 2015 lost three in a row, two in Townsville and one at Suncorp, to start the season.
It was a bit of a silly streak to be fair, but yes it's broken.
Why was it siily? For this exact reason - you can drop out of the 8 with 1 loss first week, but you could stay in the 8 with 4 losses in a row later in the season.
