Is moses the problem

Assuming the players have known about moses potentially coming to parramatta for a while now is this what had upset the playing group as they know team favourites like taka, gutho etc may be dropped or they just dont want moses. Something is definitely different attitude wise since the team that beat the dragons in round 2 and the team that lost terribly to the titans round 3 until now.

  • Doubt it, we're just shit house.

    • Haha its possible though a tight nit team like they were and 2 rounds in they could be losing someone like gutho out of the position he wants to be in, and also losing a player or so to a swap whatever the reason hopefully they can suck it up and play to the potential we know they have
  • They're professional sportsman and get paid a lot of money to do so. That wouldn't fly at my place of work, sorry guys been a bit distracted lately.

It can't be any worse than what was happening at the club last year and they still managed to turn up and play tough and show lots of resilience.

Look at moses, he came out last weekend against the cowboys and got man of the match. He knew at the end of the day he had a job to do.

  • Sack Moses
  • I think we as fans are the problem we have high expectations and beleive our players are better then they are. If you compare our squad to the top teams we dont stack up even with moses were not that much stronger
    • I agree

Using Guth as an example a good natural footballer who we all like but where would he play if he was in the storm, sharks or roosters backline ? would he even be in the team? You could argue for us he is one of our best in our backline. If you ask the same thing about Hoffman? or Taka (the way he is performing now) ?

  • I really don't think so! They'll come good just have to be patient.
  • Weve just been terrible, theres a point in time where every team just needs a fresh face to add something different and the playing group knows it.  we havent had a fresh face in attack since Bevan came onto the scene last year.  The team last week looked extremely frustrated with one another in attack and were opting for predictable plays. As long as we have BA as a coach we have continue to have this short term problem alot due to his extensive loyalty to specific players and lack of intent to take risks

Moses however is not a risk an will slot straight into first grade which  will be handy for us as  he will add something different to our attack, the playing group knows it.

The playing group look extremely shot in attack which has been affecting out defense negatively. At the end of the day as long the players score points  and know they are capable to score points the more confident the team will be to back themselves in all other areas of the park. Right now i havent  seen this with the current roster like what could be seen last season

    • smartest thing i have read on this site in a long time

  • Known about Moses "for a while now". Hasn't it been like, a week?

"How is it a lie? We take up his option in the top 30 and then the coach plays him where it best suits the squad? If that's reserve grade perfect.  If its not then it means that Doorey, Moretti, Brown etc haven't kicked on the way we'd hope. Plenty…"

"Would love to see Barnett at the Eels.
He's the closest player defensively to Beau Scott in the current game (imo), and those players are so few are far between.
They are so valuable to the defensive line & structure.
Obviously would be preferable…"

Ryles won't keep De Belin to be in Reggie's. He won't play Reggie's. He would either retire or try to get another deal. I love this idea of it's…"
