Is Joesph Paulo Eels worst ever player

Is this incompetent ball playing, want to be half, knock on machine, good for nothing , reserve grader worst player ever.He misses tackles and his presence has no positive impact on our team has he done anything good for us. His greatest achievement is playing well for the USA Rugby League Team, he out shinned a bunch of nobody's. Can you name a more hopeless players then him.
