He's got serious speed and finishing ability but his defence at Fullback is going to be disappointing if you're expecting anything better than Hoppa's. Wouldn't pay top coin for him straight away but he's someone who could develop into a genuine star in the future. It's a risk possibly worth taking.
From what I've seen of him so far I agree 100%, but then again I feel the same way about Princess Foran. I think Beau Scott was a good buy, he's a tough customer which is what we need right now cause with a player like that he can lift the rest of the team in defence.

I havnt seen anything yet, besides his pace, that says he will be an nrl quality fullback. The fullback position these days requires a decent passing game and he hasnt had the opportunity to show whether he can or cant do that yet.
If parra sign him i think they need to be prepared for him to play on the wing if he doesnt work out at fullback, which is a strong possibility. Which then brings into question how much are you prepared to pay for a winger, especially considering semi is on the other wing and his value is only going to increase over the next few years. Ideally wingers should be taking up a minimal part of the salary cap to allow for larger spending in more key positions, like your back row and your spine.
