What are your personal experiences with the best and affordable Internet/Mobile Plans to date. I was previously a Telstra customer and was for many years but I've found them becoming more expensive and less customer efficient. I've just recently swapped over to Optus who are much cheaper but service in certain areas not as good as Telstra. I also found with Telstra that their internet service would regularly cut out for 5 minutes when your in the middle of watching something like Netflix or Sports etc...Anyway, wouldn't mind reading other people's experiences and suggestions

I was with Optus for twelve years.
Terrible phone service and terrible customer service.
I was also caught up in the stolen personal info shit with them.
I am currently through Woolworths mobile. They use Telstra for theirs but are much cheaper and you still get quality phone service.
Just looked at Woolworths - looks like you can only get a Samsung phone?
I was with Telstra for years and their service is good but they're upping the prices. I had a mobile service for both my wife and I as they won't let you have 1 mobile plan for 2 phones plus the internet and it was like $235 a month and going up. So I've gone to Optus and I now only pay like $106 a month which less than half. The service so far is ok but in certain areas you can't get service. Telstra used to be loyal to long serving customers but not now
I'm ok with that as Samsung is my preferred phone.
Samsung are good phones
Android Weirdo. I bet you had a BETA VCR too.
IPhone 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The phone designed for wannabes.
Don't put it down on the couch to hard, the screen will break.
We use IPhones with Woolies. But we bought them outright and just got the Woolies sims.
Buy an unlocked phone anywhere and just get a sim only plan.
A Sim only plan but which provider
