Things don't change because people would lose their jobs and it's likely that those who are found to be incompetent are the ones calling the shots at the club.
Efficiency starts at the top, unfortunately Max and Gurr are part of the problem and they are not going to walk away from the easy cash they are getting for nothing so nothing will change and we will hear only dribble that means stuff all.
How about reviewing the idiots posting the team lists on the eels website.
