So pretty much, I think the majority of people on this site will agree that the constant niggling that goes on between a small number of members on this site is not appreciated.
As such, I'm bringing in inter-personal bans. When I've had enough of the negative interaction between any people they will receive a PM to be told they have been put on an inter-personal ban. That will also be recorded publicly here.
That ban will last for one-month. During that time, those people are not permitted to reply to each other or even make reference to each other. Basically you act like the other person doesn't exist. If you breach the inter-personal ban, you're suspended for one month (with a disclaimer that timeframe is subject to me remembering or else caring enough to re-instate you)
If at any stage anyone feels like they're being harassed or bullied they can PM me and request that a ban be put in place.
This blog will be updated with all bans and when they commence and subsequently end.

I think a lot of you laid off all the crap in the lead-up to the election, and I appreciate that but I really enjoyed the site again during that time and so did a lot of other people judging by the traffic levels and engagement, and I'd like to keep it at that level. And I realise some of you enjoy giving it each other stick, but if you really feel the need to bag each other out, take it to the Cave.
This will be in Top Blogs for a few days so everyone gets the chance to read it and then it will be moved into 1Eyed Blogs.

hold on, im not seeing anybody and expecially not any new members being baited and taunted for speaking their minds, yes the election was heated on some fronts, but these are old members having a dig at each other here, this has nothing to do with new members crowie, these are battles that have been going on for the whole season.
A ''carefree'' and sterile enviroment thats all about love is never going to happen when men come to talk footy, theres a whole mix of passionate ideas, testosterone, disagreements etc, its the nature of the beast, and to try n stop that would be turning the site into a unicorn farmers kindergarten room..
Snake, you've got to agree that the amount of conflict between certain members of this site in recent times has been excessive. This is just a way to try and bring everyone back in line so the site doesn't descend into a war zone. There are already some supporters that I know who don't come on here due to some of the conflict. Phil's trying to grow the site so the more we can keep it relatively clean, the more exposure it will get.
i understand that super, i said it was a good idea, but dont forget this off seasons the biggest its ever been, infact the 2nd biggest numbers behind the week SK was booted, so it mustnt be putting too many off, and imo the type of people that dont join a website because theres the odd dust up on there are pussies n will only make 5 posts or less regardless of whats going on on the site, they are classic whiners and offer very little anyway...
But i have no probs with this innitative at all super..
Our visits went up mainly due to the elections. Phil used the site to help drive his campaign, as a result it would inevitably increase. I think we should all be glad that this isn't LU or PESC. Most of the members on this site would've been banned by now
Super do you have to be such a rainbow chasing goody two shoes, god get some hair on your balls son, n stop kissin ass every minute. im talking about way before the elections n parrafirst was even anounced, the numbers were way up, phil even posted them.
And i would never be a part of LU or pesc, i dont join sites for muppets, please dont compare this one with those..
